Andrea Corr

Andrea Jane Corr, MBE, is an Irish musician, singer and songwriter. Corr first made an appearance in 1990 as the lead singer of The Corrs, a Celtic folk and pop group The Corrs along with her three siblings, Caroline Sharon and Jim. Andrea Corr, an Irish musician, songwriter and actor is part of The Corrs. She was awarded an award called the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire award in 2005 and is most well-known for being an integral part of The Corrs, a Celtic rock and pop group The Corrs. She plays multiple musical instruments as well as sings for The Corrs. Andrea started her career acting in 1991. She later became a musician and stage artist. Singer for the playback in 1998's Warner Bros. animation film The Quest for Camelot. She has six studio albums, two compilation albums, two live albums as well as a remix album under her belt, Andrea is firmly established as a multi-faceted artist. She has been felicitated by her charity work as well. Andrea as well as her partner Stockbroker has two children. Andrea started her musical lessons using the Tin-whistle. Andrea learned how to play the piano under the tutelage of Gerry. Andrea is also a Ukulele player. She spent her teenage years polishing her music abilities. She practiced with her siblings before eventually gaining the title as the singer in charge of the band. Andrea attended 'Dun Lughaidh Convent,' where she was a frequent participant in school shows.
